簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目建設(shè)地點位為老港鎮(zhèn)牛肚村拱極東路南北兩側(cè)，西至秋荷路，東至同強路，項目面積**6.**畝(具體以實測為準)。撫育內(nèi)容為修枝、采伐、苗木補種、地被種植、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等，以進一步提升林地景觀效果及休憩功能，具體以設(shè)計方案及新區(qū)批復(fù)為準。
中標單位需根據(jù)招標文件，擬定實施方案與技術(shù)措施，全過程各個環(huán)節(jié)須滿足環(huán)保、生態(tài)公益林養(yǎng)護標準及林業(yè)撫育工程質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范和國家有關(guān)規(guī)范標準內(nèi)容的要求，確保項目根據(jù)新區(qū)林業(yè)部門驗收要求，一次性驗收合格率**0%。
