（4）具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（5）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有
效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下
的政府采購活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，
不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of the People's Republic of China (branch companies are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities of this project in their own name);
(4) Possess the qualification of Grade III or above for General Contracting of Municipal Public Works Construction;
(5) Hold a valid Work Safety Permit (within the validity period);
(6) The project manager to be assigned by the bidder shall have the qualification of Registered Constructor (Grade II or above) in the professional field of Municipal Public Works, and hold a valid Certificate of Qualification for Work Safety Assessment;
(7) Different suppliers where the legal representatives are the same person, or where there exists a direct holding or management relationship, shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that provide overall design, specification formulation, or project management
