3.2具備建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質，并具備有效的安全生產許可證。
3.3擬派項目經理具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons who fail to perform their obligations in the "Credit China Website" (www.creditchinagov.cn), the list of major tax violations and the list of serious dishonest acts in government procurement in the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.cc.gov.cn) [the credit record within 3 years before the deadline for the first response document is submitted as the standard]. 3.2 Have the qualification of contracting of construction engineering of the third level or above, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The project manager to be appointed has a second-level registered constructor and above in the specialty of construction engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and does not serve as the project manager of other ongoing construction projects
