（2）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)；
