（4）擬派項目負責人須具備機電工程注冊建造師二級及其以上資格。
（5）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)。
（6）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3) Having the second level or above qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction, and also possessing the second level or above qualification for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering. (4) The proposed project leader must possess a Level 2 or higher qualification as a Registered Constructor in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. (5) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. (6) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
