（2）供應(yīng)商具備有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（3）供應(yīng)商具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
（4）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格；
（5）提交響應(yīng)文件截止之日前三年內(nèi)，在政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)中無(wú)不良行為記錄；
（6）公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備；依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
（7）法人依法設(shè)立的分支機(jī)構(gòu)以自己的名義參與磋商時(shí)，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機(jī)構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)并承擔(dān)全部民事責(zé)任的書(shū)面聲明。法人與其分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得同時(shí)參與同一項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
