5、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
