簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本工程范圍內(nèi)的對(duì)四墩村田園環(huán)境進(jìn)行整治，全面整潔田間環(huán)境，農(nóng)田邊雜草堆物清理，修整村內(nèi)柴磚銀行和垃圾堆放點(diǎn)，保證無(wú)積存垃圾、無(wú)臟亂棚架無(wú)亂建設(shè)施等，提升田園清潔化、生態(tài)化水平。（具體詳見(jiàn)工程量清單和圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:Within the scope of this project, the rural environment of Sidun Village will be renovated to comprehensively clean up the field environment, remove weeds and debris on the edges of the farmland, repair the village's brick bank and garbage disposal points, ensure no accumulation of garbage, no dirty and disorderly sheds, and no disorderly construction facilities, etc., and improve the cleanliness and ecological level of the countryside. （2）供應(yīng)商具備有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（3）供應(yīng)商具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
（4）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格；
（5）提交響應(yīng)文件截止之日前三年內(nèi)，在政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)中無(wú)不良行為記錄；
（6）公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備；依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of municipal public works; (5) Within the three years prior to the deadline for submitting response documents, there has been no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (6) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
