(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Comply with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Purchasing Services by Shanghai Municipal Government; 3.2 Suppliers who have been registered and put into storage according to the Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Registration and Integrity Management of Purchasing Suppliers; 3.2 This project is specially designed for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises; 3.3 The bidder shall have the Security Service License issued by the public security organs of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the security service units that are not registered in Shanghai shall complete the filing formalities in the Shanghai Public Security Bureau; 3.4 It is not listed in the list of persons who have been executed for breach of trust on Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases and the list of records of
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
