4、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
5、業(yè)績要求：無；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Must be a legal entity established within China; 2. Must have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above for building projects; 3. Must have a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 4. The project leader to be dispatched must hold a registered construction engineer qualification of level two or above for construction engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects; 5. Performance requirements: None; 6. Other requirements: None.
