(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具備建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
（2）具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（3）本項目擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人須具備建筑工程專業(yè)二級（及以上）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)知識考核合格證書，且不得擔(dān)任其他在建建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; (2) Possess a valid work safety license; (3) The proposed project leader for this project must hold a second-level (or above) registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production knowledge assessment, and must not concurrently serve as the project leader for any other ongoing construction project.
