（1）本模座設(shè)備安裝于兩片罐生產(chǎn)線沖杯工藝的雙動(dòng)沖床上，用于生產(chǎn)**2-**0ml罐型的前工序鋁杯胚料，要求沖床每沖一次，模架可生產(chǎn)出**個(gè)鋁杯胚料；
（2）所提供的模架與招標(biāo)人現(xiàn)有沖杯沖床(序列號(hào)：DAC-**0-S-****4)相匹配，安裝時(shí)使用現(xiàn)有的機(jī)械滾輪滑道安裝；
（3）模架設(shè)計(jì)適用鋁材寬度**.**0英寸，包含**個(gè)工位的模具，配杯底ID模具，可選擇開(kāi)啟或關(guān)閉；
（4）其他技術(shù)參數(shù)詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件技術(shù)附件。

2. 交貨地點(diǎn)和交貨時(shí)間：
交貨地點(diǎn)：境外設(shè)備：CIF廈門(mén)港；關(guān)境內(nèi)設(shè)備：廈門(mén)寶鋼制罐項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)
交貨時(shí)間：中標(biāo)通知書(shū)發(fā)出之日4個(gè)月內(nèi)具備賣方工廠交貨條件

（1）The die holder will be installed on the double-acting press of cupping process of 2-piece can making line to produce aluminum blanks for cans of **2-**0ml. It is required that one punching of the press can produce** blanks at the die-set.；
（2）The die-set is provided to fit into the existing raceway of mechanical roller that matches to the cupping press (serial no.: DAC-**0-S-****4) to ensure no modification on the cupping press;
