簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為最大限度預(yù)防和遏制各類火災(zāi)事故，及時發(fā)揮滅早、救小作用，全面加強(qiáng)基層消防安全建設(shè)，保障人民群眾生命財產(chǎn)安全。本項(xiàng)目為東方城市花園、臨沂六村及六里社區(qū)3個微型消防站選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供消防專職安全管理服務(wù)，總工時量不少于****0小時。（具體詳見第三章服務(wù)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to prevent and contain all kinds of fire accidents to the maximum extent, give full play to the role of extinguishing early and saving small ones in time, comprehensively strengthen the construction of fire safety at the grassroots level, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property. This project selects a qualified supplier to provide full-time fire safety management services for three micro fire stations in Oriental City Garden, Linyi Liucun and Liuli Community, with a total working time of not less than **,**0 hours. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，合同到期經(jīng)采購人根據(jù)工作情況考核合格后進(jìn)行續(xù)簽，最長不超過三年。本次采購預(yù)算涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年9月**日到****年9月**日，本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥沙山粏挝话闯山粌r折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用，費(fèi)用按成交總價/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計算。
The Contract Period:This project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed once a year.
