簡要規(guī)則描述：主要對老港鎮(zhèn)的公共視頻監(jiān)控探頭及設(shè)施設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查維護(hù)（包括部分監(jiān)控的流量包）、維修或更換、立桿加固以及鏡頭擦洗等服務(wù)，同時對相應(yīng)的監(jiān)控匯集機(jī)房內(nèi)的設(shè)備進(jìn)行巡檢、加固、日志查看、系統(tǒng)漏洞掃描、系統(tǒng)加固、病毒防治以及對故障設(shè)施設(shè)備維修或更換等服務(wù)。

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、投標(biāo)人必須是具有獨立法人資格、依法納稅的企業(yè)或社會組織，并按照
中華人民共和國公司法運(yùn)作，并獨立于招標(biāo)人和招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)。
2、投標(biāo)人在以往類似項目中沒有負(fù)面記錄、不良社會報道及法律糾紛。
3、投標(biāo)人須具有相關(guān)經(jīng)營范圍的法人或其他組織，并有相關(guān)服務(wù)項目經(jīng)驗。
4、投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)前三年內(nèi)有無受到各級管理部門處分或處罰的，須主動填
報受處分或處罰的記錄，如果不主動填報而被事后發(fā)現(xiàn)的，將取消其投標(biāo)資格，
并按有關(guān)規(guī)定追究責(zé)任。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Bidders must be enterprises or social organizations with independent legal status and tax-paying obligations, operating in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, and independent from the bidder and the bidding agency. 2. Bidders must not have negative records, bad social reports, or legal disputes in previous similar projects. 3. Bidders must possess relevant business scope and experience with related service projects as a legal entity or other organizations. 4. Bidders must voluntarily report any disciplinary actions or penalties received from management departments at all levels within the three years prior to the bid. Failure to proactively report such records, if discovered later, will result in disqualification from bidding and accountability according to relevant regulations.
