簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：浦東分局警用無(wú)線數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行對(duì)上海公安無(wú)線通訊暢通起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在處置和防范突發(fā)事件時(shí)，該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的應(yīng)急指揮、即時(shí)通信與調(diào)度。為滿足分局對(duì)于整個(gè)應(yīng)急指揮系統(tǒng)的需求，為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)決策、及時(shí)調(diào)度、異地指揮提供重要的通信手段。因此，需要一個(gè)專業(yè)的維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)投入到警用無(wú)線數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)工作中去。進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)維、月度巡檢、應(yīng)急搶修、設(shè)備設(shè)施維修、年度保養(yǎng)、節(jié)日保障等，以確保警用無(wú)線數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。（具體內(nèi)容詳見“第二章 項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)需求”）
Brief Specification Description:The long-term stable operation of the Pudong Branch Police Wireless Digital Communication System plays a vital role in the smooth wireless communication of Shanghai Public. In dealing with and preventing emergencies, the system can achieve emergency command on the spot, timely communication and dispatch. To meet the needs of the branch for the entire emergency command system it provides an important communication means for leaders to make scientific decisions, dispatch in time, command remotely, and collect intelligence. Therefore, a professional maintenance team is needed to be involved in maintenance work of the police wireless digital communication system. Carry out daily operation and maintenance, monthly inspection, emergency repair, equipment and facility maintenance, annual maintenance, holiday security, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the police wireless digital communication system. 3.4為該采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該項(xiàng)目的其他采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
3.5單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
3.6供應(yīng)商須具有良好的售后服務(wù)體系，能提供良好的技術(shù)支持（須在響應(yīng)文件中提供承諾函）；
