(4)具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
(5)有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄；
(6)投標(biāo)人在近三年內(nèi)無(wú)違法犯罪記錄；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This project requires online bidding, and bidders must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The bidder has no criminal record in the past three years;
