| 修改、澄清（答疑）紀要內(nèi)容如下： 1、 本項目《招標文件》第三章評標辦法-評標辦法前附表-項號“7”條款號6.2.2(2)商務(wù)文件評分標準“項目負責人”評分標準修改為：“（1）投標人擬派出擔任設(shè)計項目負責人近五年具有一項同等級或以上類似工程項目業(yè)績的得基本分 1.5分，每增加一項加0 分，最高得1.5分。（2）投標人擬派出擔任勘察項目負責人近五年具有一項同等級或以上類似工程項目業(yè)績的得基本分1.5分，每增加一項加 0 分，最高得1.5 分。” 二、本項目新增裝配式要求，設(shè)計招標簡本做相應(yīng)修改，以本答疑同步發(fā)布的附件為準，請各投標人在電子招投標平臺本項目“招標文件澄清與修改”中的“其他”欄目中下載，否則由此引起的一切后果由投標人自行承擔。 三、招標文件原內(nèi)容若與本答疑（紀要）容沖突或不一致的， 以本答疑（紀要）內(nèi)容為準。 （以下無正文）
