Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to turn the "Pudong Shipping Week" into a heavyweight brand event for Pudong to promote the construction of the core area of Shanghai International Shipping Center, the entire event should focus on internationalization, marketization, and specialization. The agenda should be rich and detailed, the content should be cutting-edge and professional, and the form should be lively and atmospheric. The execution projects of the **** Pudong Shipping Week include: organizing and implementing the entire event, inviting and ensuring guests from China and abroad, arranging, building, visually presenting, video production, equipment rental, loading and unloading transportation, and equipping professional service personnel inside and outside the opening ceremony venue, designing, typesetting, printing, and producing various paper materials and extension materials, website technical services and operation and maintenance, etc.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project;
2. The same person in charge of the unit or different potential bidders with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract;
