簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬選取一家合格供應(yīng)商完成前灘區(qū)域內(nèi)及周邊道路相關(guān)交通秩序維護(hù)、管理，卡口交通安全檢查巡邏，護(hù)校交通秩序維護(hù)管理，臨時(shí)交通檢查任務(wù)，車輛、裝備保障等服務(wù)，并根據(jù)上海市公安局浦東分局交警支隊(duì)第五大隊(duì)交通管理部門的要求執(zhí)行勤務(wù)，本項(xiàng)目年度工作量不少于****2小時(shí)。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project plans to select a qualified supplier to complete the maintenance and management of traffic order related to roads in and around the Qiantan area, traffic safety inspection and patrol at bayou, traffic order maintenance and management of school nursing, temporary traffic inspection tasks, vehicle and equipment support and other services, and perform duties according to the requirements of the traffic management department of the fifth brigade of the traffic police detachment of Pudong Branch of Shanghai Public Security Bureau. The annual workload of this project is not less than **,**2 hours. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)

(5)本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must have a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (4) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
