簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目的收運質量檢查評定、維修技術標準及施工安全文明要求適用國家現(xiàn)行法律、規(guī)范、規(guī)程、標準以及上海市現(xiàn)行規(guī)范標準，具體包括：
（1）《上海市生活垃圾管理條例》
（2）《上海市建筑垃圾處理管理規(guī)定》
（3）《關于加強本市裝修垃圾、大件垃圾投放和收運管理工作的通知》（滬綠容規(guī)〔****〕3號）
各供應商應充分注意，凡涉及國家或行業(yè)管理部門頒發(fā)的相關規(guī)范、規(guī)程和標準，無論其是否在本磋商文件中列明，供應商應無條件執(zhí)行。標準、規(guī)范等不一致的，以要求高者為準。
Brief Specification Description:The quality inspection and evaluation, maintenance technical standards, and construction safety and civilization requirements of this project shall be subject to the current laws, regulations, rules, and standards of the country, as well as the current norms and standards of Shanghai, including: (1) the "Regulations on the Management of Domestic Waste in Shanghai", (2) the "Regulations on the Management of Construction Waste Treatment in Shanghai", and (3) the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Decoration Waste and Large Garbage Disposal and Collection in this City" (Hu Lv Rong Gui [****] No. 3). All suppliers should pay full attention to the relevant norms, regulations, and standards issued by national or industry management departments, whether they are listed in this negotiation document or not, and should unconditionally implement them. In case of inconsistencies in standards, specifications, etc., the one with higher requirements shall prevail.

3.5須為 **** 年 ** 月經(jīng)上海市浦東新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境局招標確定并向社會公布的《浦東新區(qū) ****-**** 年度裝修垃圾作業(yè)服務單位項目》中標企業(yè)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Specifically targeting small and medium-sized enterprises. 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) [based on credit records within the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the first response document]; 3.3 Different bidders with the same unit leader or direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who have asset ties or personnel appointments with the purchaser are not allowed to participate in government procurement activities for this project; 3.5 The winning bidder for the "Pudong New Area Decoration Waste Operation Service Unit Project for ****-****" shall be determined through bi
