簡要規(guī)則描述：主要負責宣橋鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村公路設(shè)施量（道路**條、橋梁**座）日常綜合養(yǎng)護工作。涉及宣橋鎮(zhèn)**條鄉(xiāng)道及**條村道的路基、路面、橋梁、防護工程、雨水排水設(shè)施等市政工程以及道路標志標線、防沖護欄、禁入柵等附屬設(shè)施的清掃保潔，經(jīng)常性保養(yǎng)和修補其輕微損壞部分的作業(yè)等。協(xié)同采購人及其它相關(guān)部門迅速處置應(yīng)急事件，制定相應(yīng)的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，除發(fā)生不可抗力事件，其它任何情況下必須保持相關(guān)設(shè)施處于良好的技術(shù)狀態(tài)，實現(xiàn)管養(yǎng)路段各類設(shè)施安全良好、規(guī)范齊全、通（運）行狀況良好。
Brief Specification Description:Mainly responsible for the daily comprehensive maintenance work of rural road facilities (** roads and ** bridges) in Xuanqiao Town. Involving the subgrade, pavement, bridges, protective engineering, rainwater drainage facilities and other municipal engineering of ** township roads and ** village roads in Xuanqiao Town, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of road signs and markings, anti-collision barriers, no-entry fences and other ancillary facilities, regular maintenance and repair of minor damage parts, etc. Coordinate with the purchaser and other relevant departments to quickly handle emergency events, formulate corresponding emergency plans, except for force majeure events, under any other circumstances, relevant facilities must be kept in good technical condition, to achieve safe and good facilities, complete specifications, and good traffic (operation) conditions in the management and maintenance sections.

2）未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
5）本次采購不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)，不允許合同轉(zhuǎn)讓與分包。
