4.擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機(jī)電工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
5.業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
6.其他要求：無(wú)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. It must be a legal entity established within China;
2. It must have the qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering at level II or above;
3. It must hold a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
4. The project leader to be dispatched must have the registered construction engineer qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering at level II or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
5. Performance requirements: None;
