簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目為圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)前端設(shè)備及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施運維，主要內(nèi)容包括負責(zé)浦東公安分局**家業(yè)務(wù)機構(gòu)和管理支隊及**家派出所的圖像監(jiān)控運維工作。運維范圍主要為浦東公安分局全部轄區(qū)內(nèi)城市圖像覆蓋項目啟建的圖像監(jiān)控設(shè)施及系統(tǒng)(具體要求詳見招標(biāo)文件第五章)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project involves the operation and maintenance (O&M) of frontend equipment and infrastructure for the video surveillance system. Its main scope includes undertaking the video surveillance O&M work for ** business units, administrative detachments, and ** police stations under the Pudong Public Security Sub-Bureau.The O&M coverage primarily includes the video surveillance facilities and systems constructed under the Urban Video Coverage Project within the entire jurisdiction of the Pudong Public Security Sub-Bureau (for specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 5 of the Tender Documents).
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年，具體以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)。
The Contract Period:One year from the date of the contract signing, with the specific duration subject to the actual contract signing date.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本項目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)法人、其他組織或自然人采購；
4、為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
5、單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；
6、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(iii)This project is open for procurement to large, medium, small, and micro-sized enterprises, public institutions (legal persons), other organizations, or natural persons.
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
