簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)采購(gòu)的方式，選取一家合格供應(yīng)商，對(duì)合慶鎮(zhèn)**個(gè)村區(qū)域的農(nóng)村秸稈垃圾進(jìn)行循環(huán)利用。主要包括對(duì)合慶鎮(zhèn)全鎮(zhèn)**個(gè)村區(qū)域內(nèi)的農(nóng)田及農(nóng)戶產(chǎn)生的農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物（稻麥秸稈、果樹(shù)苗木樹(shù)枝、蔬菜瓜果藤蔓等）進(jìn)行粉碎處置，將粉碎后的料收運(yùn)返還在合慶鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域內(nèi)（如林地、糧地等）作為肥料，并處置、清運(yùn)雜草等。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief Specification Description:This project aims to select a qualified supplier through open procurement to promote the recycling of rural straw waste in ** villages of Heqing Town. The main activities include crushing and disposing of agricultural waste (such as rice and wheat straw, fruit tree branches, vegetable and fruit vines, etc.) generated from farmland and households across the ** villages of Heqing Town. The crushed material will be transported and returned to areas within Heqing Town (such as forests and farmlands) as fertilizer, along with the disposal and removal of weeds. (For details, refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
