簡要規(guī)則描述：馬家浜（川橋路-規(guī)劃翠柏路）河道建設(shè)工程北起川橋路，南至規(guī)劃翠柏路，長約 2.1 公里，河口寬按規(guī)劃藍線 ** 米實施，兩側(cè)陸域控制帶結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀因地制宜按 0-** 米布置防汛通道和綠化。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容為河道開挖與疏拓工程、護岸工程、橋梁工程、防汛通道、綠化工程及相關(guān)附屬工程，以及征地動遷、管線和綠化搬遷等前期工作。為配合主體河道工程施工，擬對施工區(qū)域內(nèi)的綠化實施搬遷工作。
Brief Specification Description:The Majiabang River Channel Construction Project (Stretch from Chuanqiao Road to Planned Cuibai Road) spans approximately 2.1 kilometers, stretching northward from Chuanqiao Road to the planned Cuibai Road in the south. The river mouth is designed with a **-meter-wide blue line as its planned width. Flood control channels and greenery are planned along both land sides, ranging from 0 to ** meters wide, adapted to local conditions based on existing infrastructure. Key construction components include river excavation and dredging, embankment reinforcement, bridge engineering, flood prevention corridors, landscaping, ancillary facilities, as well as preliminary work such as land acquisition, relocation of pipelines, and greenery relocation. To facilitate main channel construction, landscaping within the project area will be relocated during the construction period.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單[以提交響應(yīng)文件截止之日前三年內(nèi)的信用記錄為準(zhǔn)］。
（2）持有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；
（3）園林綠化施工企業(yè)須配備與工程規(guī)模相適應(yīng)的施工現(xiàn)場管理機構(gòu)人員。本項目的施工現(xiàn)場項目管理機構(gòu)擬派人員要求：最低應(yīng)為5人(含)以上，且需包含園林項目負責(zé)人（園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱）、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員、中級園林綠化工(班組負責(zé)人)各1名；
（4）項目負責(zé)人須具有園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱。

(3) Landscape construction companies must establish on-site management teams commensurate with project scale. The proposed personnel configuration for this project's site management team shall include: at least five members (inclusive), comprising one Landscape Project Manager (with intermediate or higher professional title), one Safety Officer, one Quality Inspector, one Materials Officer, and one Intermediate Landscape Gardener (Team Leader)
(4) The project leader must have intermediate or above professional title in landscape architecture
