簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目共涉及5個(gè)辦公區(qū)域食堂，包括:第一食堂(市民中心)、第二食堂(機(jī)關(guān)大樓)、第三食堂(下沙社區(qū))、第四食堂(航南社區(qū))、第五食堂(鶴沙航城社區(qū))。服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括:配餐服務(wù)、烹飪服務(wù)、環(huán)境保潔消毒、餐具清潔消毒、營(yíng)養(yǎng)餐食搭配設(shè)計(jì)、管理費(fèi)以及全年工作日早午餐、節(jié)假日和加班就餐服務(wù)(按需提供)。3個(gè)食堂(一、二、五食堂)提供早餐服務(wù)，工作日每日約服務(wù)**0人;5個(gè)食堂工作日均需提供午餐服務(wù)，每日約服務(wù)**0人。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project involves 5 office area canteens, including: the First Canteen (Citizen Service Center), Second Canteen (Government Building), Third Canteen (Xia sha Community), Fourth Canteen (Hangnan Community), and Fifth Canteen (Heshahangcheng Community). The service content includes: meal delivery services, cooking services, environmental cleaning and disinfection, tableware cleaning and disinfection, nutritional meal pairing and design, management fees, as well as daily breakfast and lunch services on workdays, holiday meals, and overtime meal services (provided as needed throughout the year). Three canteens (First, Second, and Fifth Canteens) offer breakfast services, serving approximately **0 people per day on workdays; all five canteens provide lunch services on workdays, serving approximately **0 people per day.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、根據(jù)《上海市政府采購(gòu)供應(yīng)商登記及誠(chéng)信管理辦法》已登記入庫(kù)的供應(yīng)商；4、其他資格要求：具備食品藥品監(jiān)督管理部門頒發(fā)的食品經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證，本項(xiàng)目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)法人、其他組織采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Suppliers who have been registered and entered into the database in accordance with the 'Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures'; 4. Other qualification requirements: Possess a Food Business License issued by the Food and Drug Administration. This project is open to large, medium, small, and micro enterprises, as well as public institution legal persons and other organizations for procurement.
