簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目是對曹路鎮(zhèn)重點區(qū)域、公共場所、交通要道等關(guān)鍵部位的全方位、全天候監(jiān)控，為城市安全管理、交通疏導、案件偵破及應(yīng)急指揮等工作提供強有力的技術(shù)支撐。對鎮(zhèn)域內(nèi)新建道路、農(nóng)村城區(qū)主要進出口、治安薄弱區(qū)域的視頻監(jiān)控體系進一步完善。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
Brief Specification Description: This project is an all-round and all-weather monitoring of key areas, public places, traffic arteries and other key parts of Caolu Town, providing strong technical support for urban safety management, traffic diversion, case detection and emergency command. The video monitoring system for newly-built roads in towns, main entrances and exits in rural Urban area and weak public security areas shall be further improved. (See Bill of Quantities and Drawings for specific quantities and requirements)

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）具有電子與智能化工程專業(yè)承包二級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（6）擬派項目負責人具有機電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting grade II and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The proposed project leader has the qualification of registered construction engineer at grade II or above in electrical and mechanical engineering. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
