(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：1）強制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品政策：強制采購在國家公布的節(jié)能清單中以“★”標注的品目。
2）鼓勵節(jié)能政策：在技術(shù)、服務等指標同等條件下，優(yōu)先采購屬于國家公布的節(jié)能清單中產(chǎn)品。
3）鼓勵環(huán)保政策：在性能、技術(shù)、服務等指標同等條件下，優(yōu)先采購國家公布的環(huán)保產(chǎn)品清單中的產(chǎn)品。
4）扶持中小企業(yè)、促進殘疾人就業(yè)政策：評審時小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受**%的價格折扣。監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位視同小型、微型企業(yè)。
5）購買國貨政策：本項目不接受進口產(chǎn)品。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1) Mandatory energy-saving product procurement policy: Mandatory procurement of items marked with "★" on the energy-saving list published by the state. 2) Encouraging energy-saving policy: Under the same conditions of technology, service, and other indicators, priority is given to products on the energy-saving list published by the state. 3) Encouraging environmental protection policy: Under the same conditions of performance, technology, service, and other indicators, priority is given to products on the environmental protection product list published by the state. 4) Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting employment for the disabled policy: During evaluation, products from small and micro enterprises enjoy a **% price discount. Prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled are considered as small and micro enterprises. 5) Domestic product purchase policy: This project does not accept imported products.

（2）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
