（2）具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證、建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上或防水防腐保溫工程專業(yè)承包二級及以上資質(zhì)。
（3）項目負責人應(yīng)具備有效的建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，同時具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書。
（4）本項目專門面向中小微企業(yè)。
本次招標需要網(wǎng)上投標，響應(yīng)單位必須獲得上海市電子簽名認證證書（CA認證證書）。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Suppliers who are not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), major tax illegal dishonest entities, and the list of government procurement serious illegal and dishonest behavior records on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn). (2) Having a valid safety production license, a third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects, or a second level or above qualification for specialized contracting of waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and insulation engineering. (3) The project leader should have a valid second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in the field of construction engineering, as well as a valid safety production assessment certificate. (4) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
