簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：按照浦東新區(qū)全域和美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)計(jì)劃，結(jié)合沈莊村第七批鄉(xiāng)村振興示范村創(chuàng)建實(shí)際，現(xiàn)根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目及存量資產(chǎn)盤活項(xiàng)目等的深入推進(jìn)、科創(chuàng)元素等的注入，擬開展沈莊村鄉(xiāng)村振興示范村建設(shè)工程（二期）項(xiàng)目。主要實(shí)施內(nèi)容包括：提升周邊配套設(shè)施、公共空間、村容村貌、田間風(fēng)貌等。
Brief Specification Description:In accordance with the Pudong New Area's Comprehensive and Beautiful Rural Construction Plan and the practical implementation of Shenzhuang Village as the seventh batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages, the Shenzhuang Village Rural Revitalization Demonstration Village Construction Project (Phase II) is proposed. This initiative will advance the development of industrial projects and the revitalization of existing assets, while integrating innovative and scientific elements. Key implementation components include upgrading surrounding supporting facilities, public spaces, village aesthetics, and field landscapes.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、本次采購(gòu)需要網(wǎng)上響應(yīng)，供應(yīng)商必須獲得上海市電子簽名認(rèn)證證書（CA認(rèn)證證書），根據(jù)《上海市政府采購(gòu)供應(yīng)商登記及誠(chéng)信管理（暫行）辦法》，為已在上海市政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)登記入庫(kù)的供應(yīng)商；4、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；5、具有建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；6、具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》(有效期內(nèi)）；7、擬派的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具有建筑工程注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及其以上資格及有效的安全考核證書；8、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；9、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:4. It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; 5. Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; 6. Having a valid Safety Production License issued by the construction department; 7. The proposed project manager must have a second level or higher qualification as a registered construction engineer and a valid safety assessment certificate; 8. The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for this project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project; 9. This project does not accept consortium responses.
