(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1）具備電子與智能化工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)，并具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
2）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
4）法人依法設(shè)立的分支機(jī)構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標(biāo)時(shí)，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機(jī)構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)并承擔(dān)全部民事責(zé)任的書面聲明。法人與其分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得同時(shí)參與同一項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
