1、開標所需攜帶其他材料：
（1）投標代表人授權(quán)委托書原件(投標代表人需為本單位員工，授權(quán)委托書需加蓋單位公章和法人章)、有效的身份證原件和復印件(雙面并加蓋公章)、近3個月社保證明或其他本單位員工證明（加蓋單位公章）。
（2）招標文件規(guī)定需要的提交紙質(zhì)投標文件及電子文件。
（3）無線3G或4G上網(wǎng)卡、數(shù)字證書（CA證書）及可無線上網(wǎng)的筆記本一臺（筆記本電腦提前確認是否瀏覽器設(shè)置、CA證書管理器下載等，確保和CA證書匹配可以正常登陸上海政府采購網(wǎng)）。
