(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、本項(xiàng)目面向所有企業(yè)采購，對(duì)小型和微型企業(yè)投標(biāo)人產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格給予**%的扣除，用扣除后的價(jià)格參與評(píng)審；
4、為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；
6、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
