1、根據(jù)上海市財政局《關(guān)于上海市政府采購云平臺第三批單位上線運行的通知》的規(guī)定，本項目采購相關(guān)活動在由市財政局建設(shè)和維護的上海市政府采購云平臺（簡稱：采購云平臺，門戶網(wǎng)站：上海政府采購網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）進行。供應(yīng)商應(yīng)根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。供應(yīng)商在采購云平臺的有關(guān)操作方法可以參照采購云平臺中的“操作須知”專欄的有關(guān)內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。
2、采購云平臺在使用過程中如遇到問題可撥打服務(wù)電話****3進行咨詢。
3、響應(yīng)文件開啟時請供應(yīng)商代表持所使用的數(shù)字證書（CA證書）參加磋商。磋商所需攜帶其他材料：1）法定代表人授權(quán)委托書原件；2）被授權(quán)代表身份證原件及復(fù)印件；3）紙質(zhì)響應(yīng)文件（如有）；4）能夠正常使用CA證書的筆記本電腦一臺。
4、供應(yīng)商應(yīng)在磋商響應(yīng)截止時間前盡早加密上傳響應(yīng)文件，電話通知項目聯(lián)系人進行簽收，并及時查看項目聯(lián)系人在電子采購平臺上的簽收情況，以免因臨近磋商響應(yīng)截止時間上傳造成項目聯(lián)系人無法在磋商前完成簽收的情形。未簽收的響應(yīng)文件視為響應(yīng)未完成。
