(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（1）. Having independent corporate legal personality and holding a valid business license; （2）. Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects and a valid safety production license; （3）. The project leader should have the qualification of registered second level constructor or above; （4）. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
