簡要規(guī)則描述：富田路廣場作為航南社區(qū)主要的餐飲活動區(qū)域，現(xiàn)狀場地空間功能單一，花壇綠化雜亂無章，景觀效果欠缺，場地?zé)o法為周邊商鋪賦能。為改善周邊居民的生活環(huán)境，提升生活質(zhì)量，打造靈動活力的社區(qū)廣場，擬對航頭鎮(zhèn)富田路廣場進(jìn)行提升改造。主要實(shí)施內(nèi)容包括：場地鋪裝改造****m2、新建樹池坐凳、翻建花壇、新建入口雕塑1座、新建電箱護(hù)欄、新建休憩驛站1處、新建擋車石、新排給水管、雨水管、線性排水溝、更換定制景觀井蓋**座、花壇內(nèi)景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)提升1處等。
Brief Specification Description:As the primary dining and activity area in Hangnan Community, Futi Road Square currently suffers from a monotonous spatial function, disorganized flower beds, and poor landscape effects, failing to enhance the surrounding shops. To improve the living environment and quality for nearby residents, and to create a vibrant and dynamic community square, an upgrade and renovation project is proposed for Futi Road Square in Hangtou Town. The main implementation includes: resurfacing 1,**4 m? of the area, installing new tree pits and benches, renovating flower beds, constructing a new entrance sculpture, adding new electrical box railings, building a rest stop, erecting curb stops, laying new water supply and storm drainage pipes, linear drainage ditches, replacing ** customized landscape manhole covers, and enhancing one landscape feature within the flower beds.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；4、施工現(xiàn)場項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：*園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（園林專業(yè)中級職稱及以上）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級及以上園林綠化工(班組負(fù)責(zé)人)1人。說明：1）上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目，供應(yīng)商可根據(jù)項(xiàng)目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項(xiàng)目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子信息卡，且無在建項(xiàng)目記錄；3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專業(yè)；5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動；6、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。
