4）具備通信工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
5）具備有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有通信與廣電工程專業(yè)一級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。以上項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇?zhǔn)，在冊(cè)且無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發(fā)包或分期施工的除外，投標(biāo)文件中需提交響應(yīng)截止日前7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)打印的注冊(cè)建造師《投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》（通過(guò)上海市建設(shè)市場(chǎng)信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)https：//ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查詢、截圖）；
