Brief Specification Description:This project is an administrative and public institution housing decoration project of the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The total investment of the project is **.**8 million yuan (construction and installation cost is **.**** million yuan), including 1.**** million yuan for the management fee of the agency. The main engineering contents of the project include decoration and renovation, fire protection engineering, and mechanical and electrical installation construction of the 1st to 3rd floors, part of the 5th floor, and the 6th to 7th floors of Building ** at No. **** Zhangyang Road, Pudong New Area. The content of the agency construction management of this project is the construction management service from the date of contract signing to the completion and delivery of the project for use.
