簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為配合高東產(chǎn)業(yè)園天然氣排管需要，擬對(duì)高東一路、高東二路、高東新路、高翔路等路面進(jìn)行開(kāi)挖，并按照《上海市交通委員會(huì)關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)本市道路掘路管理的通知》要
求和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)開(kāi)挖的路面進(jìn)行掘路修復(fù)。主要實(shí)施內(nèi)容：車道翻挖、道路恢復(fù)、道路面層銑刨、瀝青面層攤鋪等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:In order to meet the needs of natural gas drainage in Gaodong Industrial Park, it is planned to excavate the roads such as Gaodong No.1 Road, Gaodong No.2 Road, Gaodong New Road and Gaoxiang Road, and repair the excavated roads according to the technical standards of the Notice of Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission on Further Strengthening the Management of Road Excavation in this Municipality. （6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
