(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)。
（4）具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)。

（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With municipal public works construction general contracting grade III and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or above in municipal public works. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
