(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)。
（2）法人依法設(shè)立的分支機(jī)構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標(biāo)時(shí)，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機(jī)構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動(dòng)并承擔(dān)全部民事責(zé)任的書面授權(quán)。法人與其分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得同時(shí)參與同一項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)。
