簡要規(guī)則描述：為加強(qiáng)派出所單位內(nèi)部安全管理和協(xié)助民警打擊違法犯罪，通過購買服務(wù)的方式，聘用第三方軍保隊，做好單位門衛(wèi)**小時值守；協(xié)助民警做好派出所治安窗口、綜合窗口的首問接待工作，引導(dǎo)幫助群眾在自助終端機(jī)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)登記選擇；在調(diào)解室做好雙方當(dāng)事人的看護(hù)和調(diào)解工作；在民警的帶領(lǐng)在開展抓捕違法犯罪嫌疑人；在執(zhí)法辦案區(qū)域做好對象看管工作以及執(zhí)行送押工作。故擬增設(shè)一支專業(yè)安保力量，全力協(xié)助做好派出所日常管理服務(wù)、協(xié)助民警做好抓捕看管送押、維穩(wěn)等工作。
Brief Specification Description:To strengthen the internal safety management of the police station and assist the police in combating illegal and criminal activities, a third-party military security team will hired through the purchase of services to ensure **-hour guard duty at the unit's entrance; to assist the police in carrying out the first-visit reception work at police station's public security window and comprehensive window, guiding and helping the public to register and select services at the self-service terminal; to take care of and mediate the parties in the mediation room; to carry out the arrest of illegal and criminal suspects under the leadership of the police; to take care of the targets in the law enforcement and case area and to carry out the delivery and detention work. 3. 須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4. 具有省、市級公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》（外省保安服務(wù)企業(yè)須已在上海市公安部門備案登記）；
5. 本項目僅面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
6. 本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
