(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：本項(xiàng)目要求投標(biāo)人除應(yīng)具有住建部電力工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，還應(yīng)同時(shí)具有“國家能源局監(jiān)管局（或國家電力監(jiān)管委員會(huì)）”頒發(fā)的承裝、承修、承試三級(jí)以上（含三級(jí)）電力設(shè)施許可證；項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備機(jī)電工程專業(yè)注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及其以上資格；本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:This project requires bidders to not only have a Level III or higher qualification certificate for power construction general contracting issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, but also to simultaneously possess a Level III or higher (including Level III) Power Facility License for installation, maintenance, and testing issued by the National Energy Administration Regulatory Bureau (or the National Electric Power Regulatory Commission). The project manager must hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering. This project is specifically procured for small and medium-sized enterprises.
