(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本項目接受聯(lián)合投標。聯(lián)合投標的須符合招標文件規(guī)定：提交聯(lián)合投標協(xié)議且格式符合招標文件要求，聯(lián)合體成員不得多于2家，聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨參加或者與其他供應商另外組成聯(lián)合體參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。應由聯(lián)合體主辦方在上海政府采購云平臺進行報名及投標操作

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:This project accepts joint bidding. Joint bidders must comply with the provisions of the tender documents: submit a joint bidding agreement in the format required by the tender documents, the number of members in the consortium shall not exceed two, and no party of the consortium shall participate individually or form another consortium with other suppliers to participate in the same contract item of the government procurement activity. The consortium leader should register and bid on the Shanghai Government Procurement Cloud Platform.
