簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：（一）沉降水平斷面觀測
針對上述**座水閘的沉降測量、水平位移測量和河道橫斷面測量、東溝節(jié)制閘、三甲港水閘和楊思船閘的安全監(jiān)測及其他安全監(jiān)測項目，獲得相關(guān)基本數(shù)據(jù)，分析其變化情況，提供測量技術(shù)總結(jié)報告及相關(guān)成果資料，為水閘常態(tài)化管理提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及資料，為保障水閘安全提供支撐。
（二）閘首探摸
針對上述**座水閘（泵閘）的閘首段和上、下游圓弧翼墻段及上下防沖槽段的水下結(jié)構(gòu)安全情況進行探摸，探明：水下門槽情況、內(nèi)、外河翼墻底部結(jié)構(gòu)情況、探摸區(qū)域的石塊、垃圾雜物、淤泥堆積的具體情況等內(nèi)容，對發(fā)現(xiàn)的障礙物進行打撈、清理、對泵閘泵口的淤泥進行清理，對所有水閘（泵閘）檢修門槽進行清理并拍攝存在問題部位水下影像資料以及探摸后存在的問題進行記錄，對受損結(jié)構(gòu)進行初步分析，為修繕提供保障，確保水閘設(shè)施完好。
（三）水下地形測繪
針對上述**座水閘（泵閘）進行水下地形測量，獲得相關(guān)基本數(shù)據(jù)，開展水下地形三維建模。研判河床演變趨勢，對于發(fā)現(xiàn)的淤積和沖坑提出合理解決建議，提供測量技術(shù)總結(jié)報告及相關(guān)成果資料，為水閘常態(tài)化管理提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及資料，為保障水閘安全提供支撐。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:（1） Horizontal cross-section observation of settlement is conducted for the ** water gates mentioned above, including settlement measurement, horizontal displacement measurement, river cross-section measurement, safety monitoring of Donggou control gate, Sanjia Port water gate, Yangsi ship lock, and other safety monitoring projects. Relevant basic data is obtained, and changes are analyzed to provide measurement technology summary reports and related achievement materials. This provides basic data and information for the normal management of water gates and supports the safety of water gates. （2） Gate head exploration is aimed at exploring the safety of the underwater structures of the gate head section, upstream and downstream curved wing wall sections, and upper and lower anti scouring groove sections of the ** water gates (pump gates) mentioned above. The aim is to investigate the conditions of the underwater gate groove, the bottom structure of the inner and outer river wing walls,

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）供應(yīng)商未被列入“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的供應(yīng)商。
（2）項目供應(yīng)商須具有住建部勘察專業(yè)類工程測量甲級資質(zhì)或自然資源部的乙級及以上測繪資質(zhì)（專業(yè)類別：工程測量），項目負(fù)責(zé)人需具有測繪相關(guān)專業(yè)高級工程師以上職稱。

(2) The project supplier must have a Class A qualification for engineering surveying in the survey profession of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development or a Class B or above qualification for surveying and mapping (professional category: engineering surveying) from the Ministry of Natural Resources. The project leader must have a senior engineer or above title in surveying and mapping related fields.
