（2）未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單
（3）具備由省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府公安機關(guān)核發(fā)的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（4）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
（5）本次采購不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)，不允許合同轉(zhuǎn)讓與分包。
