簡要規(guī)則描述：為了推進大團鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)網(wǎng)格化管理的，提升相關(guān)部門主動發(fā)現(xiàn)、事后核實的執(zhí)行力，委托專業(yè)的第三方機構(gòu)開展網(wǎng)格化綜合輔助服務(wù)。服務(wù)內(nèi)容主要分為內(nèi)場工作、外場工作兩部分，其中：內(nèi)場工作包括平臺值守、應急值守以及平臺信息流轉(zhuǎn)處置；外場工作包括日常市容巡查及處置、網(wǎng)格日常巡查及發(fā)現(xiàn)。
Brief Specification Description:To advance the grid-based community management in Datuan Town and enhance the execution capabilities of relevant departments in proactive discovery and post-event verification, a professional third-party agency has been commissioned to provide comprehensive grid-based auxiliary services. The services are primarily divided into two components: indoor operations and outdoor operations. Specifically, indoor operations include platform monitoring, emergency duty, and the handling of platform information flow; outdoor operations encompass daily urban appearance inspections and interventions, as well as routine grid patrols and discovery.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；4、本項目不接受組成聯(lián)合體；5、法定代表人或企業(yè)負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應商，不得參加同一標段磋商。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. This project does not accept the formation of a consortium; 5. The legal representative or enterprise leader of the same person or different suppliers with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the negotiation of the same section.
