簡要規(guī)則描述：上海市浦東教育發(fā)展研究院新建工程秀沿路側入口進行渠化改造（含臨時道口），并于地塊北側增設出入口。具體工作內(nèi)容詳見磋商文件“第六章 項目采購需求”。
工期：計劃****年3月前完成南側秀沿路道口及渠化道施工，基地北側規(guī)劃道路處道口根據(jù)規(guī)劃道路施工情況再行施工，****年**完成道口專項驗收，如果在驗收截止日前北側規(guī)劃道路還未建成，需要與交警驗收部門溝通南側道口及渠化道的驗收工作。
Brief Specification Description:The Shanghai Pudong Education Development Research Institute's new construction project will carry out channelization renovation (including temporary crossings) at the entrance on Xiu Yan Road and add an entrance on the north side of the plot. For specific work contents, please refer to "Chapter 6 Project Procurement Requirements" in the consultation documents. Construction period: It is planned to complete the construction of the crossing and channelized road on the south side of Xiu Yan Road before March ****. The crossing at the planned road on the north side of the base will be constructed based on the progress of the planned road. The special acceptance of the crossing is expected to be completed by October ****. If the planned road on the north side has not been completed by the acceptance deadline, it is necessary to communicate with the traffic police acceptance department regarding the acceptance of the crossing and channelized road on the south side.

1、根據(jù)上海市財政局《關于上海市政府采購云平臺第三批單位上線運行的通知》的規(guī)定，本項目采購相關活動在由市財政局建設和維護的上海市政府采購云平臺（簡稱：采購云平臺，門戶網(wǎng)站：上海政府采購網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）進行。供應商應根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。供應商在采購云平臺的有關操作方法可以參照采購云平臺中的“操作須知”專欄的有關內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。
2、采購云平臺在使用過程中如遇到問題可撥打服務電話****3進行咨詢。
3、響應文件開啟時請供應商代表持所使用的數(shù)字證書（CA證書）參加磋商。磋商所需攜帶其他材料：1）法定代表人授權委托書原件；2）被授權代表身份證原件及復印件；3）紙質(zhì)響應文件（如有）；4）能夠正常使用CA證書的筆記本電腦一臺。
