簡要規(guī)則描述：為深入貫徹落實市委、市政府關(guān)于城鎮(zhèn)非居建筑專項排查工作的決策部署，切實提升浦東新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)非居建筑安全管理效能，有效防范重大安全風(fēng)險，全力保障人民群眾生命財產(chǎn)安全。根據(jù)《上海市城鎮(zhèn)非居建筑專項排查工作方案（滬房更新〔****〕**號）》的工作要求，結(jié)合浦東新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)非居建筑建設(shè)管理實際，本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商組織開展浦東新區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)非居建筑專項排查工作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:To thoroughly implement the decisions and plans of the municipal committee and the municipal government regarding the special inspection of non-residential buildings in urban areas, effectively enhance the safety management efficiency of non-residential buildings in Pudong New Area, effectively prevent major safety risks, and fully safeguard the lives and property of the people. In accordance with the work requirements of the "Special Inspection Work Plan for Non-residential Buildings in Urban Areas of Shanghai (Shanghai Housing Renewal [****] No. **)", and in light of the actual construction and management of non-residential buildings in urban areas of Pudong New Area, this project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive consultation to organize and carry out the special inspection work for non-residential buildings in urban areas of Pudong New Area. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
