簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)采購人下達的工作任務，配合進行包含但不限于巡查、發(fā)現(xiàn)、記錄、上報并協(xié)助處置工作中的各類突出問題，輔助開展秩序維護、治安維穩(wěn)、配合性抓捕、看守押解、現(xiàn)場管控、交通管理等工作，實際服務內容以下達工作任務為準。

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產品均不執(zhí)行**%價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

（2）具備省市級公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務許可證》；
（3）項目不允許轉包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project; (2) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (3) Subcontracting is not allowed for the project.
